Lifeline Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Factory Reset The Phone
Step 2 - Tap welcome screen 6 times. This begins the process of setting up the phone using a QR code
Step 3 - Use the camera's QR code reader to scan the QR code below. Sometimes it works holding it up to the computer screen and other times you have to print the QR code out.
Step 4 - You will be asked to connect to WiFi. Connect to a WiFi network in order to proceed with setup
Step 5 - The phone will say it belongs to your Organization and it will be getting ready for Work Setup. This is normal, proceed through setup.
Step 6 - Setup the phone like normal. You will see the "Life Line" app installed on the device with a generic icon
Step 7 - Open Life Line, tap on "Settings" and enter in your 10-digit Respond number under "Callback Number" and "Text Number" (This is the number that you call when using the Monitor app and can be found at dashboard.letscorp.us under Products > Respond > Configure > Customize Settings > Numbers - Hostage).
Step 8 - Ensure Life Line is both the DEFAULT SMS APP and DEFAULT PHONE APP. Depending on your device, this setting is in a different place. It's usually under Settings > Apps > Default Apps.
Step 9 - Open Phone App set Lifeline as default
Step 10 - Open setting/Advance Features/Side Key - turn off Double Press; select Press and hold/Power off menu
-- Install the Transmitter App --
1. Open up the Google Play store
2. Sign In to any Google Account (or create one if you don't have one)
3. Search for LETS Transmitter in the Play Store
4. Download & Install the app
5. Sign In to Transmitter with the same email and password for dashboard.letscorp.us
